By accessing and using Sociable AI's chatbot service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree with any part of these ToS, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Description of Service

Sociable AI provides a B2B chatbot service that enables businesses to engage with their customers through automated chat interactions and provide data analysis of the chats created with Sociable AI.

2. Use of Service

a. Account Creation: To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities associated with your account.

b. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these ToS. You shall not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Service or infringe upon the rights of others.

c. Customer Chatlogs and Data: As part of the Service, Sociable AI may collect and store customer chatlogs and data generated through the chatbot interactions. By using the Service, you grant Sociable AI the right to collect, store, process, and analyze such data for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Sociable AI will handle customer chatlogs and data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3. Pricing and Subscription

a. Fees: The pricing for the Service is currently set at $20 per month. However, Sociable AI reserves the right to modify the pricing in the future. Any changes to the pricing will be communicated to you in advance. By continuing to use the Service after the pricing change, you accept the new pricing.

b. Billing and Payment: You will be billed monthly in advance for the use of the Service. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

c. Subscription Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time through contacting Sociable AI's customer support.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Sociable AI Ownership: The Service and all related intellectual property rights are and will remain the exclusive property of Sociable AI. You shall not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights by using the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sociable AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if Sociable AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

6. Termination

Sociable AI may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with cause and prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service and any customer data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these ToS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Maryland.
